The food outlet within IGO is famous for Onion Samosas initially. But been expanded with variety of snacks. Lately whenever you visit to buy Onion Samosas they are out of stock and people end up buying other over rated and pricey snacks. You can get these snacks anywhere in Oaktree Rd, at a much lesser price and more quantity and most importantly, fresh and hot. My experience yesterday when I ordered Onion Samosas, they packed Corn Samosas. Had i not checked before leaving, it would have been a waste of money. When they know that their Onion Samosas are in demand they should ensure that they always are available.

I would not recommend shopping at this Indian grocery store. Their prices are noticeably higher than other Indian grocery stores within a 3–5 mile radius, where you can find the same items for less and often in better quantity. The overall experience was very disappointing, from the parking situation to the messy in-store environment. For what they charge, the quality and convenience simply do not match up. There are much better options nearby, and I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at IGO India Store. I went there to buy groceries and paid with a $20 bill and Dollar coins . My total was around $7 Change, so I was expecting about $15 in change. But hey are not accepting coins at all. If they’ll are not taking dollar coins they’ve have to tell at least reason for this. They are rude with me, it had bad experience I faced with IGO staff. Good customer service matters just as much as the products being sold. Because of the poor attitude and bad experience, I left very unhappy. I hope management improves staff behavior and treats customers with more respect.

There are two girl staff members (one of them is thin) who behave quite rudely when customers ask for any help. I request the owner to please address this and ensure better customer interaction. Being polite and approachable goes a long way. Please train them on basic customer interaction. A smile and polite behavior cost nothing but make a big difference. Never seen such a behavior in any other stores.

In the land of numerous Patel Brothers, this Indian grocery shop aka IGO stands as a tough competitor. They have generous parking space and “you name it, we will have it” kind of presence on almost everything an India ln household kitchen will require - from snacks, fresh produce, frozen, dairy, rice and lentils you get everything here. The staff are kind and directs you to the right spot if you are looking for something. They also house Balaji Flowers and Famous Samosas shops within this store where you get all Hindu religious stuff and fresh chapthis and other Indian chaat items respectively. I rate this place a star less as I’ve had experience in few instances when I ran into couple of items like Deep’s Rava idli mix and some other packed item that was being sold beyond its listed expiry date. The staff apologized and took it off shelf but not an ideal experience considering the safety aspect.
